We can have an email discussion or schedule a meeting. Some of the topics often covered in meetings include: managing stress, personnel conflicts, advising/mentoring concerns, mental health, group joining/changing, and much more. Any topic that is causing you concern is something SWELL can help talk through and connect you with helpful resources.
